Your order will be delivered with maximum care, and we guarantee it will arrive in perfect condition until it is handed over.
Once the order has been handed to you, we unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for any further damage.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery and that a valid contact number is provided.
If you are sending the order as a gift, we strongly recommend informing the recipient that something delicious is on the way.
In some locations, deliveries may need to be left in post rooms or reception areas. Please ensure these locations are informed that a fragile delivery is expected, and collect your order as soon as possible.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or damage once the delivery has been left unattended.

When ordering multiple products, all items should be scheduled for the same delivery date. This allows us to deliver your order in a single trip.
We will send you an Invoice for any additional delivery charges on the same day
If the invoice is not paid on the same day, the order may be cancelled
An administration fee may apply
Orders placed for Monday will be Received on Tuesday. The next day delivery service is not guaranteed by the courier.
If you receive a damaged parcel:
Did you receive a damaged parcel? Or did you discover that your parcel is damaged after its opening? We are very sorry to hear that. Here is how to proceed in such cases to get everything sorted out as fast as possible.
If a courier delivered a visibly damaged parcel, you have the right to reject it.
However, you can also accept the parcel and fill in a Damage Report with the courier (it may also be already prefilled by the Service Provider and attached to the parcel) and check the condition of the parcel contents.
If you find out that the parcel contents is damaged, please fill in the Damage Report on reklamace.dpd.cz within 7 working days at the latest or contact our company in order to file a claim.
You are adding multiple products to your cart. If items are scheduled for delivery, on different Dates you will be charged For each delivery separately.
